Inspections consists examining areas of concern for customers, as well as plumbing and high humidity areas; and includes 3 samples, which any may be air or surface.
Tests taken at premises are sent to third party lab for analysis and results are returned within two business days. Air tests can be analyzed for mold or particulates; surface samples for mold. The results indicate species of fungi, quaititative spore counts, and growth rate.
Mycotoxin samples are taken as 3 combined dust swabs from diffrent areas of dwelling , and may take up to 10 business days for results.
